Dyslexia Pathways

 

Recent research indicates that approximately 5 to 10% of the population are dyslexic.  This equates to a significant number of people who are currently in training, unemployed or employed.  People with dyslexia have an average to high IQ but are unable to achieve according to their potential within employment and training simply because they are unable to access the support dyslexia support services.

Dyslexia Pathways is a new Fife / Scottish based consultancy that provides the following services for employers, as well as individuals in employment, work-based training, or education across Scotland:

The services Dyslexia Pathways provide significantly enables dyslexics to succeed by providing them with individually designed learning programmes and strategies.  We can also enable employers and trainers to develop a more dyslexia friendly environment learning and working environment for all and enable employees to develop dyslexia friendly work strategies.  Such strategies will enable them to become more productive, effective and efficient at work, and enable employers and training providers to meet their duty to disabled people as set out in the Disability Discrimination Act.
