Public and Corporate Services from DMFed

We are always looking at ways to assist our Members and our Partners, so we have set up some processes to do this.

Access Audits
To comply with the Equality Act all service providers must act on the recommendations of an access audit carried out by a suitably qualified person. This will determine what 'reasonable adjustments' have to be made.

Health & Safety
We can ensure that all aspects of the H&S are met by carrying out an Audit or by Staff Training.

First Aid
Again to ensure that Staff meet their minimum legislative requirements, we can ensure they are trained on any or all aspects of First Aid.

Food Hygiene/Food Safety
Again to assist and ensure that all aspects are covered either by an Audit or Staff Training.

Fire Safety
Under the Fire Safety 2005 Act, we can assist with all requirements by either carrying out an Audit or by Staff Training.

Information Technology
Anyone looking for IT Training or any Networking problems need look no further as we can facilitate this.

CAD
CAD which is Computer Aided Design, for which we can facilitate the Training for this.

Equality & Diversity
Under the New Equality Act it is imperative that all Staff are Trained to ensure they know about what to say or do and what not to say or do. This again we can facilitate.

Driving at Work Awareness
This Training Course is designed for all drivers driving vehicles to and from work and those with company vehicles under 7.5 ton. This again is something we can facilitate.

Customer Service
This Training Course is designed for Front Facing Staff. And again we can facilitate this.
