The Bruce Trust was created in 1988 to provide self-catering holidays for disabled, disadvantaged or elderly people cruising on the Kennet & Avon Canal. The Trust currently has a fleet of four boats, sleeping between 4 and 12 people, each one with the highest quality accommodation and the ultimate flexibility for people with a wide variety of special needs. Hampton Court Holiday Park
Hampton Court Holiday Park is a small Family run park set in the heart of Pembrokeshire West Wales about 3 miles from the town of Narberth and about 6 miles to the harbor village of Saundersfoot. The park itself is occupied by 19 privately owned holiday homes and one log cabin owned by us. The log cabin was an addition inspired by our son who is profoundly disabled and our experience at the lack of truly accessible well equipped holiday accommodation.
The cabin is 40' by 20' and three bedroom and is available to hire from the 1st of March to the 9th of January. It is supremely warm as it is a true log cabin and centrally heated with double glazing. It has been equipped with easy access in mind and includes a rise and recline chair, height adjustable kitchen sink/hob unit, single medi-bed, overhead hoist leading to wet room with height adjustable shower/changing bench, a Clos-O-Mat toilet, Commode shower chair and also a height adjustable wash basin.
The cabin has been tastefully appointed and is equipped with large a screen plasma in the lounge area and a television in every bedroom along with DVD players.
